Free Tier: We offer 5,000 free emails to all new accounts. Free tier services are provided "as-is" without any warranties.

Paid Plans:

• Billing is processed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• Rate limits apply based on your subscription plan (currently 2 emails per second)
• You must use API keys securely and never share them publicly
• We reserve the right to throttle or block excessive API usage
• API availability and features may change with notice

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to the content of emails sent through our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience occasional downtime for updates or repairs
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MailApi.dev and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We are not responsible for:

• Email deliverability issues caused by recipient mail servers
• Content of emails sent through our Service
• Third-party integrations or services
• Loss of data due to user error or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violations of these Terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
